The legal operator, applicable jurisdiction, payment terms and refund policy remain unresolved. These details must be completed before this draft becomes a finalized agreement.

Use accurate account details, protect your password, API keys and recovery codes, and revoke sessions you do not recognize. Do not share credentials or access another person’s account without permission. Report suspected account compromise through support.

Upload or import only content you have the right to use and share. You remain responsible for the content and the links you distribute.

The proposed service permission is limited to storing, copying, processing, transcoding and delivering your content to provide the hosting and playback features you request. It does not transfer ownership of your content to StreamVault.

Copyright complaints can be submitted through the copyright notice form. Content may be disabled following review.

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, manipulate views or earnings, or interfere with service availability. Follow the fair usage policy and use HTTPS for API requests.

Availability, processing times, view counts and earnings are not guaranteed. Billable activity depends on the configured advertising mode, fraud checks and current payout rules. Keep your own backup of important files.

Free-account files may be pruned for inactivity under the retention settings described in the Privacy Policy. Premium removes that inactivity pruning while active; it is not a guarantee of permanent preservation.

Premium and bandwidth balances are manually provisioned by the team. There is currently no in-app checkout. Payment methods, final purchase conditions and refunds require operator confirmation; displayed prices do not establish a completed purchase.
